Digital Download Process

How Our Digital Downloads Work:

1. The design selected is linked to Payhip which provides the download. Payment will be processed through PayPal to which Payhip is connected. Credit cards or PayPal accounts only will be accepted. NFTs or checks will not be taken.

2. Once payment has cleared, you will receive a Payhip link in the email you provide. Your invoice will show as Bronson Hill Arts, our parent business. You'll have 5 downloads available. If you need more, contact me & we'll discuss available options.

3. Images are set at 599-600 DPI and optimized for the maximum print size or the equal proportion as notated in the item description on this site.

4. Printing can be done on a quality home printer, ordered through any company such as Vistaprint or Shutterfly, processed by an office print service like Staples or UPS, or by a professional print shop.

5. When printing your purchase, the best results will be achieved on quality matte presentation paper or semi-gloss photo paper in "best photo" mode. Glossy or plain paper will not work well. To get an accurate print size, we've found that the use of the "borders" setting gets the job done! If you have any further questions about printing with Windows 10 or above, please, feel free to contact me here. I will also be happy to research any questions about using iOS if needed.

6. As a reminder, all monitors vary in coloring. The actual print of your download may differ in appearance than expected. The colors should still be in range & the details will still be sharp if printed at a minimum of 300 DPI in a "best photo" mode.

7. All prints are from original artworks which means that the grain or texture of the original surface will be apparent in the final product.

8. The purchase of any of the artwork by BEDeuel is strictly for personal use and cannot be duplicated for commercial purposes without the express written permission of BEDeuel Art and BEDeuel, artist, aka Barbara E. Deuel.       

Please be aware, that this is strictly a digital product and there will be NO physical item sent. This applies ONLY on any Digital Downloads. There are NO refunds available on digital images. If you are not satisfied with your final image, please contact me within 30 days of purchase (not  the date you download your selection) and I will attempt to correct any color or clarity issues you may encounter.
